At Luciole Nordic, we carefully prepare and ship each order to ensure your glow reaches you safely and beautifully.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

We currently ship to:

  • European Union

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or local postal services.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Luciole is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Luciole is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Luciole cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
